Before we talk
A few things to have in mind.
Nothing formal. The intake form just helps me come to our call already knowing your story, so we can spend the time on you.
- What you’re dealing with, and how long it’s been going on
- Any diagnoses, and anything you’re currently taking
- How you eat and live day to day
- What you’d most love to get back
Good to know
About the call.
Is it really free?
Yes. The discovery call is free, and there’s no obligation to work with me afterwards. It’s how we both find out whether we’re a good fit.
What happens on the call?
We meet online for about thirty minutes. I ask about your health, your history and what you’re hoping for, and we talk through whether GAPS could help and what that might look like for you.
What if GAPS isn’t right for me?
Then I’ll tell you. I’d rather point you somewhere more useful than take on work that isn’t a fit. You’ll still leave the call with something worth knowing.
Do I need to fill in the form first?
It helps a lot. The short intake form means I arrive already thinking about your case, so we don’t spend our thirty minutes on the basics.
